Job Description
EcoCash (PVT) LTD is looking for graduate trainees to join its Finance team. The role exits to provides essential support to the finance department by assisting the Finance Team in various tasks related to payment processing, financial record-keeping, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares financial statements, reports, forecasts and budgets.
- Ensuring financial data is accurate and reconciled.
- Supporting financial analysis by collecting and interpreting data to identify trends or potential issues.
- Assisting in maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Providing administrative support to the finance department, such as managing files, preparing presentations, or scheduling meetings.
- Receiving and issuing cash to clients and partners in support of business operations.
- Managing franchisee partners and the float levels.
- Performing different forms of reconciliations as need arises.
